Sales and Design Consultant
What you'll bring to the role:
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry
- Proven experience of working closely and delivering on expectations for clients
- High level of attention to detail
- An understanding of design and consumer - supply chain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Knowledge or experience of the Building, Architecture and Design industry preferred, but not essential
Key responsibilities:
- Engage in customized communication and services to clients that result in strong relationships and customer loyalty
- Create and work to a strategic plan and accomplish tasks in an efficient time period
- Work to and exceed sales and quotes KPIs
- Prepare quotations, product specifications, drawings to clients
- Office support to showroom management
- Book customer and trade appointments
- Data entry and online processing
- Liaise with suppliers and updating customers of order ETAS
- Organise the receival and delivery of orders
