Items marked 'order in store' may be available for delivery but may not be in stock. Please either call us for details or email email@example.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We offer a refund for items purchased through our on-line store provided they are not a sale item, are returned unused in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
The exception to this is rugs - please see ‘Rugs’ section below.
Returned items must be mailed back within 14 days of receipt to 152 Argyle Street, Fitzroy 3065.
Cost of returning the goods to us will need to be paid by the purchaser and we suggest you use registered mail to ensure the goods reach us safely.
In store purchases are subject to different conditions - see in store for details.
Please note, on-line purchases cannot be returned or refunded through our store.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Special note - rugs
We are happy to exchange or refund small rugs (under 2 x 3m) ordered online. Please note however that should you wish to do this the return shipping costs for a rug can be quite high.
We keep samples of all rug styles in store so feel free to come and see these before selecting if you are unsure.
Alternatively we can mail a small loan sample to you if you are not able to visit the store.
